QUARTER SAWN OAK EXTERIOR DOOR
Door was constructed from 1-3/4" Quarter Sawn OAK and is 32" Wide x 80" High and also has a Jamb made from the same material.
Glass is one Piece with Attached Dividers on both sides.

Finish is two coats of MINWAX RED Chestnut and Four coats of ZAR Exterior Water Based Satin Polyurethane.
Door was routed for Three Hinges and drilled for Lockset and Deadbolt
SAPELE EXTERIOR DOORS
Door was constructed from 1-3/4" Thick SAPELE and is 32" Wide x 80" High. Each Door also has a Jamb of the same material. Doors have Five Frosted Glass Panels.
Finish is MINWAX Red Mahogany stain with four coats of Exterior Polyurethane.

Doors were assembled using DOMINO Joints.
Door was drilled for Lockset and Deadbolt which will e installed y customers tradesperson.
Primed Raised Panel Doors
Doors were constructed from Solid 1-3/8" Thick Poplar and Unit is 49-1/2" Wide x 59" High. Each Door has two "V" Grooved, Arced, Raised Panels. Doors were primed (Two Coats).
Doors are held together with Rare Earth Magnets set into the Edge of each Door.
Price: $ 900 for the Pair.

Door unit is 81" High x 34" Wide and fabricated the same as above.
Satin Nickel Hinges were mortised into Jamb and Edge of Door and Hole was drilled for Lockset / Knob

Painted Panel Sliding Doors
Doors were constructed from Solid 1-3/8" Thick Poplar and are 19" Wide x 83" Long. Each Door has three panels (Shaker Style). Doors were primed (Two Coats) and Painted (Two Coats).
Doors are held together with Rare Earth Magnets set into the Edge of each Door.
Price: $ 900 for the Pair.
Door Pulls are Satin Nickel Plated and are Recessed into the Door Frame.
They are approximately 2" Wide x 3-1/4" Long and sit approximately 1/8" proud of the Door surface.
Triple SLIDING DOORS
Doors were constructed from Straight Grained Douglas Fir. Joints were made with a Domino JOINTER and Glue. Each Door is 27" Wide x 89" High x 1-3/8" Thick. All edges were slightly radiused. Top Section will have 3/16" Safety Glass installed and Customer will do finishing & Installation.
PRICE: $ 600.00 apiece
Bottom Section has 5/8" thick Beaded Straight Grained Douglas FIR strips installed between radiused stops.
DOUBLE SLIDING DOORS
Doors were constructed from Clear POPLAR in the SHAKER Style. Joints were made with a Domino JOINTER and Glue. Each Door is 19" Wide x 83" High x 1-3/8" Thick. All edges were slightly radiused. Panes are Double Layer of 1/4" MAPLE Plywood.

SLIDING DOORS w/ Frosted Glass
Doors were constructed from Clear POPLAR. Joints were made with a Domino JOINTER and Glue. Each Door is 20 Wide x 83" High x 1-3/8" Thick. All edges were slightly radiused. Glass Panes are 1/4" FROSTED Glass.

Door Pulls were purchased by customer and shipped to me for installation. Pulls and Latch were mortised into Frame Stile so they sit flush with surface.
All wood parts have two coats of Primer and Two Coats of (customer selected Color) Paint.
LOUNGE DOORS
Doors and JAMB constructed from Reclaimed Douglas FIR and are 2" thick.
All parts were sanded, stained and then had three coats of Marine Varnish applied to all surfaces.
Each Door is mounted on Four (4) ball bearing hinges.

Each Door is 96" High x 36" Wide x 2" Thick.
Door Handle and Port Hole were provided by Customer and Installed by me using Stainless Steel fasteners.
Side & Bottom weather stripping as well as Center ASTRIGAL weather stripping were provided with door and will be install at after doors unit is installed.
DOORS WITH PANEL TRIM
Doors were constructed from 1-3/4" Poplar with 1/2" MDF panel for sound control. Doors were 80" high x 32" Wide and were primed and Painted.
One Door was 48" Wide (for a hallway).
